Welcome
Hello and welcome to our website. The website, just like our business, is brand new. We have been diligently working towards completion of our food truck and are happy to announce we should be open for business soon. We intend to focus on serving Southern Alberta.
We will be featuring Southern Barbecue and Charbroiled foods. Our truck features a fully equipped kitchen including the smoker and the charbroiler, so all of our foods are cooked exclusively on the truck. We are also proud to announce that both our smoker and charbroiler cook and flavour the food burning nothing but wood. Our meats are never cooked with gas or propane ever. We believe this allows for a much yummier flavour and does not dry out the meat.
The wood burning charbroiler will allow for a wood flavoured hamburger, chicken burger or anything else we may be featuring on any given day.
