Our menu will feature both Southern BBQ as well as charbroiled food, cooked entirely on the truck. ALL our meats, whether smoked or charbroiled, are cooked 100% exclusively with wood.
We will also be featuring “Gerry’s Original Dippin’ Sauce”, the sauce developed and made by my father for the last 30 years. Below is a picture of the “hot” bbq sauce but we also make a “mild” version as well!
All items on our menu are made fresh, using locally sourced ingredients supporting local businesses as much as possible. We also blend all our own rubs and sauces.
